Probably not. In fact, the show After Us brought geologists and other scientists together to show that most of what might prove our own technical advancement would be gone if we died out in just 10,000 years. The only things left might be what is made of stone or
organic material which became fossilized. Neither would necessarily prove technological advancement beyond the Stone Age. Rushmore would still be around perhaps, but the faces would be so warm down that some scientists would argue they are just natural phenomena or that people have a propensity for finding faces everywhere.
If a technological civlization existed on Earth 50 million years ago would we be able to find signs of it today?
